New advertising rules changes
At the Commission Meeting on Monday, August 13, 2018, the Commission adopted changes to the advertising rules (§535.155) allowing Broker team names to include the term "realty".
Keep in mind, just as before a team name must still end with the words team or group.
Example: Team name of “First-name Last-name Realty Group” is allowed, but a team name of “First-name Last-name Realty” is not.
NOTE: Keep in mind that in addition to this change, the other requirements for team names must also be met.
