Real estate brokers can manage their business names online easily using the new Name Management tool. Take advantage of this tool to help ensure you are in compliance.
Remember each name must be registered with TREC before you can use it in your advertising.
The Name Management tool updates immediately with TREC's database and online services site. Using this tool will help brokers make sure that their DBA's, and team names are reflect accurately with TREC.
Updates to TREC's database are immediately and reflect online within 24 hours. This also helps your potential customer in locating your information faster should they verify your credentials with TREC.
This tool is only available to brokers. Sales agents will need to update through their broker.

To access the Name Management Tool
- Visit TREC's website
- Log in to your account in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click on the license you wish to update
- Click Name Management
- Make your changes
- Click confirm to save your updates
