If you have a Connecticut broker's license you must complete your 12-hours of online CE training for your Connecticut license renewal by March 31st every year. Your Connecticut real estate continuing education must include the following courses:
- 3 hours CT Real Estate Law Review and Fair Housing Part 1
- 3 hours CT Real Estate Law Review and Fair Housing Part 2
- 6 hours of Electives

Is it time to renew your Florida real estate license? Florida real estate professionals must renew their license every 2 years on March 31st or September 30th. The date you renew depends on when you initially took your licensing exam and is indicated on your license. You can always check your license renewal date by using the DBPR online license lookup tool.
Your 14 hour continuing education real estate renewal package must consist of the following:
