New tool for brokers makes compliance easy

TREC has released the latest numbers of TX real estate licensees. As of April 2018, there are 135,378 real estate sales agents and 33,029 real estate brokers in TX. Both sales agents and brokers have grown in number from 2017 with 129,064 sales agents and 33,338 brokers at that time. Monthly staff reports are a great resource to find current information about agency activities. Not only will you find updates and the agency's status in meeting benchmarks for customer service and application processing, but will find examination pass rates, statistics for complaints and open case files, agency financials as well.
