The Ethics real estate course due date is December 31, 2018
All REALTORS® must take 2.5 Hours of Code of Ethics training every 2 years. The current cycle began January 1, 2017, and ends December 31, 2018. Realtors must complete their Ethics training before the December 31, 2018 deadline! You could be automatically terminated from membership if you do not complete your training.
You may complete your training through the local REALTOR® associations or through another method, such as home study, correspondence, classroom courses, or online courses.
