December 31st Renewal Deadlines

Sales Associates, Broker Associates, and Principal Brokers you will want to make sure that your 6-hours of CE are completed and your license renewed by December 31st. Remember, once every 4-years you will need the Core course. If you do not know when your core year is, you can contact the commission for assistance. NOTE: RealEstateCE does not offer the 6-hour KY Core course.

Louisiana

Louisiana real estate licensees will need to complete their 12-hours of continuing education by their December 31st license renewal deadline. We have the courses you need including the 4-hour mandatory 2018 Mandatory - Real Estate Best Practices course. Completing your CE online is a great way to save time so contact us to start today!

Iowa

Is it time to renew your Iowa real estate license? You must renew your license by December 31st of the 3rd year of the license term. You can check your license expiration date online with the commission. While your CE requirement is 36-hours, you can only complete 24-hours online. Wyoming

Wyoming real estate licenses expire every 3rd year by December 31st.

Responsible Brokers will need a total of 53-hours of continuing education which should include 32-hours of required educational topics and 21-hours of elective CE credits. Salesman/Associate Brokers will need 45-hours of continuing education which should include 24-hours of required educational topics and 21-hours of elective CE credits.
